Additional fees / 追加手数料等の追加料金
We charge no fees on top of the ticket price. Tickets are delivered electronically, so there are no shipping costs. The total amount payable is shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase. Internet connection and communication costs, and any fees set by your card issuer or bank (such as foreign-currency conversion fees), are borne by the customer.
当方が、チケット代金のほかに別途請求する手数料はありません。チケットは電子的にお届けするため、送料はかかりません。お支払い総額は、購入確定前に決済画面に表示されます。インターネット接続料金・通信料金のほか、カード会社や金融機関が定める手数料（外貨換算手数料など）はお客様のご負担となります。

Exchanges & returns policy / 交換および返品（返金ポリシー）
Cancellations requested by the customer: All ticket sales are final once purchase is completed. We do not offer cancellations or refunds for a change of mind.
お客様のご都合によるキャンセル・返金：ご購入完了後のキャンセル・返金はお受けできません。

Event cancelled by us, or a problem with your ticket: if we cancel an event, or you cannot use your ticket because of a problem on our side (for example, a ticket that could not be issued or a duplicate charge), please contact us using the details above. We will re-issue the ticket or refund the full ticket price. Refunds are made to the original payment method where possible, and it may take several business days to appear depending on your payment method.
主催者の事情・チケットの不具合による場合：イベントが当方により中止された場合、またはチケットが発行されない、二重に決済されたなど当方に起因する不具合によりご利用いただけない場合は、上記の連絡先までご連絡ください。チケットの再発行、またはチケット代金の全額返金をいたします。返金は可能な限りご利用の決済手段へ行い、反映までには、お支払い方法により数営業日かかる場合があります。

Delivery time / 引渡時期
Your ticket is delivered electronically through Luma immediately after payment is completed. The event takes place on the date and at the venue shown on each event page.
チケットは、決済完了後ただちに、Lumaを通じて電子的にお届けします。イベントは、各イベントページに記載の日時・会場で開催されます。

The ticket price is shown on each event page on Luma, in Japanese yen (JPY), including consumption tax.
販売価格は、Lumaの各イベントページに日本円（税込）で表示されます。

Sales period & quantity / 販売期間・数量
Tickets are on sale from the announcement of each event until the event date, or until capacity is reached. Quantities are limited by venue capacity; any per-person limit is shown on the event page.
各イベントの告知時から開催日まで、または定員に達するまで販売します。数量は会場の定員により限りがあります。1人あたりの購入上限がある場合は、イベントページに表示されます。
